This time I introduce you to the “Fetisch Penthaus” which is located in Poing, a town near Munich. The review is based on our 2-nights stay from September 2025.
Fetisch Penthaus - Our Experience
After placing the reservation we got the address and a good description for our arrival. There are 2 parking slots available directly in front of the entrance.
As it is a penthaus (highest floor of the building) we were pretty happy about the elevator, no heavy lifting of the suitcases are necessary. But the penthaus is sadly not fully accessible for disabled people, as it has 3 stairs till the elevator, and a second floor inside of the apartment.
The Penthaus has a bathroom, a kitchen and play area, a play bedroom (with a bondage bed) and a second bedroom (second floor) with a bed for sleeping or chilling as well as a private terrace with sauna.
All BDSM furnitures are from the manufacturer Stylefetish Industries (St. Andrews Cross, the Super Boomer Gyn Chair, the Hellcat and a Bondage Frame), and the special ultimate bondage bed is made by Skunkworx Design which is known for its high-end luxuries beds with lots of possibilities.
The check-in was personal and friendly with the owner himself. He gave us the contract to sign, showed us the rooms and gave all important informations we needed to know such as how to use the sauna. Btw. even the sauna senses are included.
What makes the Fetisch Penthaus special, are the included toys – absolutely no hidden extra costs. We can try the “Cowgirl” as well as the Striker II and there are many other smaller toys to choose from, all sealed in a plastic bag to make sure that it is clean and properly desinfected.
An installed ipad allowed us to play music via Spotify in all rooms. The kitchen offers all basic necessary things, a coffee machine, a small table and chairs, for taking some snacks in between.
We enjoyed 2 nights in the apartment, but to be honest that was not long enough. If you really want to try out alle the things I would recommend staying at least 2 complete days with 3 nights cause it has so much to offer.
There are many restaurants in walking distance, but also the possibility to cook your own dinner in the available kitchen – no problem to spend some good time in the apartment.

- We missed a couch/sofa to relax in between
- Closet in the bathroom was too small for all our outfits
- The upper floor was a bit small for taller people
